J'ai adapté la recette à mes préférences d'épices, et avec ce que j'avais a la maison.

  1. 1 oignon coupe en 2 (haché et surgelé pour moi)
  2. 1 boite de chair de tomate (400 g)
  3. 3 CS coriandre hachée (surgelée pour moi)

  1. Dans le bol du robot, mettre ensemble l'oignon et la boite de chair de tomates. Fermer avec le gobelet doseur et mixer 30 sec / Vit 10.
  2. Ajouter le concentré de tomate, l'huile d'olive, les épices, et couvrir d'eau au niveau du marquage "MAX" du bol. Poser le panier et le couvercle anti-projection sur e couvercle, et lancer en cuisson VAROMA / 30 min / Vitesse 1 - sens inverse.
  3. Au bout des 30 minutes. Ajouter alors les pâtes plombs, et les quartiers de pommes de terre. Lancer de nouveau 10 minutes / VAROMA / Vitesse 1 - sens inverse.
  4. Verser l'ensemble dans une soupière ou un saladier. Ajuster l'assaisonnement si besoin, et ajouter de l'eau si les pâtes ont trop absorbé. Le plat doit être bien en sauce. Servir de suite avec un pain traditionnel.
  5. Astuce : Vous pouvez mettre de la viande d'agneau, du veau ou du mouton, mais il faudra lors mettre la viande au début en même temps que l'eau et les épices. Vous pouvez ajouter en même temps que les pommes de terre, quelques rondelles de carottes. Vous pouvez aussi réaliser cette recette dans un grand faitout mais le temps sera plus long.
